Vendors

Viva-Loca welcomes vendors to approach us about selling their products in our store.

Local vendors interested in selling their fine food or gift products in VIVA LOCA should send an email to vivaloca@sympatico.com with:
- Company Name
- Address and phone number
- Email Address and website address
- List of products
- Product descriptions
- Description of packaging
- Pictures of your products
- Current wholesale and suggested retail prices
- Normal payment terms and conditions
- List of current sales locations
- Any other comments you may wish to make

Vendors must meet meet our product selection criteria:
- Produced within 100 miles of the National Capital Region (first priority)
- Produced within a day's drive of the National Capital Region
- Professional presentation (packaging, labeling etc.)
- Quality workmanship (appearance, taste etc.)
- Compatibility with other products

Upon review of this information a VIVA LOCA representative will be in touch with you. 

It is important to note that all vendors must meet all applicable federal, provincial and municipal regulations, and packaging and labeling requirements. Depending upon the nature of the product, VIVA LOCA may request that your initial order be provided on consignment.
